Terms & Booking Conditions
These terms apply to all ATV rentals and guided tours by ATV Rent Žabljak.
1. Booking & Reservations
Reservations are made by phone or WhatsApp. Booking is confirmed once date, time, tour and meeting point are agreed.
2. Prices & Payment
Prices from €60 per ATV/hour, per ATV (up to two riders). Final price confirmed at booking; paid on site.
3. Cancellation & Changes
Free cancellation up to 24 hours before. Later cancellations / no-shows may incur a fee.
4. Who Can Ride
- Drivers must be at least 18 years old; a valid driving licence is recommended.
- Passengers under 18 only with parent/guardian consent.
- No riding under the influence of alcohol or drugs.
5. Safety & Equipment
Helmets provided and mandatory. Safety briefing before each tour; follow the guide and agreed route.
6. Liability & Assumption of Risk
ATV riding carries inherent risks; riders participate at their own risk. We recommend valid travel/health insurance.
7. Damage & Responsibility
The renter is responsible for damage caused by misuse or negligence.
8. Weather
For safety we may reschedule/cancel due to bad weather; you can pick a new time or get a refund.
9. Changes & Governing Law
We may update these terms. Governed by the laws of Montenegro.
